Practical support for everyday life

Occupational Therapy

Help with the tasks that matter most

What is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy helps you manage the everyday tasks that matter most, from getting dressed and cooking to returning to work or school. It can support recovery after an injury, illness, or concussion, and help with chronic pain, disability, or changes in memory, mood, or energy. At Tall Tree, we look at your whole daily routine and work with you on practical next steps, often alongside other clinicians. Available from age 5 and up, in person, virtually, and in the community.
