I am a client-centred occupational therapist who values supporting individuals to participate in activities that bring meaning and fulfillment to their lives. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, working closely with clients to understand their goals, values, and challenges, and tailoring evidence-based interventions to support progress.
I have experience providing rehabilitation in the areas of mental health, concussion, physical injury, long COVID recovery, and persistent pain. I have a strong interest in mental health and am continually seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and clinical skills in this area. I also bring clinical experience from working in long-term care, where I support older adults with complex physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, biking, and playing the piano.
