Before coming to Tall Tree, I spent six years as a firefighter, where I gained a firsthand understanding of how injury, illness, and trauma can affect every aspect of a person's life. That experience ultimately led me to occupational therapy.
I'm passionate about supporting individuals through a wide range of physical and mental health challenges, with particular interests in trauma, PTSD, neurological rehabilitation, concussion, and traumatic brain injury. I'm especially committed to helping people rebuild confidence and navigate life transitions following injury or illness. I see therapy as a partnership, where it’s my role to understand what's most important to my clients and build practical, meaningful strategies that fit their unique lives.
Outside of the clinic, you'll probably find me in the mountains ski touring, running, or hiking with my long-haired dachshund, Freya. When I'm not outdoors, I’m practicing yoga or reading a mix of fantasy and classic literature.
