I love helping people navigate life's twists and turns. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a health condition, or working toward a goal that's important to you, my role is to understand what matters most to you and help you find a path forward. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a healthy sense of humour to every session, tailoring my approach to your unique needs and goals.
Born and raised in Canada's snowy capital, I completed my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. I love Victoria for its slower pace, strong sense of community, and easy access to nature—everything I grew up with, just without the frostbite.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with people living with chronic pain, PTSD, neurological conditions, and ADHD. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals and families navigating the cancer recovery journey.
Outside of work, you'll often find me enjoying Victoria's vibrant music and art scene, walking by the ocean, or spending a weekend afternoon on my bike.
