Jordyne Greenspoon
Occupational Therapist | Commercial Drive, Vancouver
Areas of Expertise: Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Concussion Management, PTSD, Exposure Therapy
Jordyne is an occupational therapist who is passionate about meeting people where they are at and supporting them in achieving meaningful, individualized goals. Her interest in occupational therapy began years ago after watching a close friend recover from a stroke. Seeing the powerful impact an occupational therapist had on her friend’s life solidified Jordyne’s desire to pursue this profession.
At the core of Jordyne’s practice is ensuring patients feel heard, seen, and are actively involved in their care. She integrates evidence-based research into every session (she proudly considers herself a bit of a nerd!) and values collaboration. Clients can expect open conversations about what’s working, what’s not, and how to tailor treatment to best meet their needs. She welcomes feedback, as it helps shape sessions and ensures meaningful progress.
Jordyne is especially passionate about working with chronic pain, concussions and brain injury, and first responders navigating heightened stress and triggers. She is committed to developing practical, sustainable strategies that support both recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Outside of work, you can find Jordyne spending time in nature with her husband and dog or running along the Kitsilano Seawall. Having grown up on Bowen Island, being surrounded by trees is still an essential part of her weekly routine!
