The Steps

Tap any step to begin

Short steps, paced across four weeks to match the emails. Take your time; this is about lasting change.

How to use these steps

  • 1This is a four-week journey. The steps follow the emails, about two a week. There's no prize for rushing ahead.
  • 2Do one small thing at a time. Try a step's action, then practise it for a few days before the next. Repetition is what actually shifts how you feel.
  • 3Come back often. The tools (the Activity Planner and Thought Log) are built to be reused week after week, not read once and filed away.
  • 4Messy is fine. Miss a day, repeat a week, skip around, and it all still counts. Persistence beats perfection.
