I’m drawn to occupational therapy because it combines practical structure with real human connection. I’m continually inspired by how people rebuild daily life after disruption — whether from injury, concussion, trauma, burnout, or major life transitions.
At the heart of my work is helping people better understand what’s happening in their bodies and minds, feel confident in the choices they’re making, and move forward in ways that align with their own values and goals.
My approach is grounded and trauma-informed, balancing clinical precision with curiosity and humour. Sessions are collaborative and practical. Together, we translate insight into everyday action — bridging recovery with real life in ways that feel sustainable and steady.
I have a particular interest in concussion rehabilitation, nervous system regulation, and complex return-to-work planning. I enjoy supporting individuals navigating cognitive fatigue, stress injuries, and the layered challenges that can follow both physical and psychological trauma.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me exploring creative projects or spending time outdoors. I value thoughtful conversation, good design, and steady progress that builds over time.
