I am an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background supporting clients with complex conditions across a variety of settings. Passionate about helping others, I take a collaborative, client-centred approach focused on achieving meaningful goals in a safe and supportive environment. I value direct, practical therapy and aim for clients to leave each session with something valuable they can apply to daily life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two boys exploring the island, hiking, biking, camping, traveling, cooking, boating and kayaking.

Trauma and PTSD: trauma informed care, central nervous system regulation, mindfulness, exposure therapy.
Chronic Pain: cognitive behavioural strategies, neuroplasticity education, improve function and quality of life.
Brain injury/Concussion: neuroplasticity education, central nervous system regulation, cognitive assessment and rehabilitation using functional activities.
Return to Work: work conditioning programs, jobsite visits, GRTW planning and monitoring, job coaching.
