Dietitian care or everyday coaching
Practical Nutrition Care, Two Ways
Nutrition advice is everywhere. Knowing what fits your body, your health, and your week is harder. That is why we offer two separate services. A dietitian is a regulated health professional who can look at your nutrition alongside health conditions, medications, and lab results, then build a plan with you. A nutrition coach helps you turn good intentions into daily habits, with practical tools like meal planning and regular check-ins. Dietitian appointments are available at our Cordova Bay clinic in Victoria, our Port Coquitlam clinic, and virtually. Nutrition coaching is available at Cordova Bay and virtually. Both can work alongside other Tall Tree care, such as our Longevity Medicine Program. No referral is needed, and care is inclusive of every body, at every stage of life.

What to Expect
Your first visit starts with a conversation about your health, how you eat now, and what you want to change. From there, you and your dietitian or nutrition coach build a plan that fits your life.
Book an appointment or contact us to learn more.
-
Initial Visit: 60 Minutes
Your dietitian will ask about your health history, any conditions or medications, recent lab results, and your usual eating patterns. You will talk about your goals and what has or has not worked before. You leave with clear first steps and a plan you helped shape. Appointments are available in person or virtually.
Follow-Ups: 30–60 Minutes
Follow-ups build on your first visit. Your dietitian checks in on what is working, answers new questions, and adjusts your plan as your health, results, or goals change.
-
Initial Visit: 60 Minutes
Your nutrition coach will learn about your routine, food preferences, schedule, and goals. Together you choose a few realistic changes to start with, such as a meal planning approach or a new daily habit.
Follow-Ups: 30–60 Minutes
Follow-ups are check-ins for accountability and problem-solving. Your coach reviews your progress, helps with what is getting in the way, and adds new skills when you are ready.
