Brittany holds a BASc in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and has over four years of experience in habit change coaching. She integrates evidence-based nutrition recommendations with sustainable lifestyle interventions to support her clients’ health journeys. Brittany is passionate about helping individuals improve their well-being by building consistent habits and lasting lifestyle changes.

She recognizes that there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health, and that everyone brings their own unique circumstances and challenges. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, working closely with each client to ensure that their goals are realistic, achievable, and aligned with their lifestyle.

Outside of work, Brittany loves staying active and being in nature. She enjoys hiking, camping, running, and biking. She likes to travel and as an avid foodie has been fortunate to experience cooking classes in Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Morocco, and Spain—always a highlight of her adventures.
