Hi I’m Sarah, and I am a Registered Physiotherapist (PT).

From a young age, competitive sports and physical activity have been an important part of my life. I developed a passion for physiotherapy after experiencing my own injuries and seeing the challenging and debilitating injuries my friends and family have encountered.

I approach my practice as a generalist, with a love for learning, problem-solving, and working with people from all walks of life who are living with a wide range of conditions. I prioritize getting to know each person I work with in order to develop individualized rehabilitation plans that best reflect your goals for treatment and recovery. It’s important to help people understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.

My current research rabbit hole involves learning the nitty gritty details of exercise physiology so that I can use evidence-informed strategies to optimize injury recovery and build resilience. My goal is to empower people with the knowledge and tools they need to build and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, you’ll rarely find me at home. I enjoy climbing mountains; training for my next big race (I recently completed my first Ironman 70.3); and participating in, or coaching, a variety of sports including soccer, volleyball, and badminton. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, whether that’s over a great board game or delicious food.
