A Better Approach to Chronic Pain
Chronic pain can be devastating. It can highjack your life, your work, your mood, your sleep, and your confidence. Pain is complex: the underlying cause matters, how long you've been dealing with it matters, how your nervous system has adapted matters.
When pain has been around for a while, it rarely responds to one treatment, one appointment or just one discipline. That's why effective chronic pain treatment demands a multidisciplinary approach. And most of healthcare is not built for that.
That's where Tall Tree shines. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches, symptom chasing, or band-aid fixes. We specialize in team-based, comprehensive, evidence-based chronic pain care and connect you with all the services and solutions you need to actually get better.
Our goal is to help you not just manage, but feel meaningfully better.
Our clinic shines when we tackle complex health issues, like chronic pain.

Who It’s For
Different symptoms, different causes, different histories, different lives. Tall Tree's chronic pain team sees it all. Chronic pain looks different for each person. Here are some common things we treat:
-
The injury was months ago. The fracture ‘healed’. But the pain didn't leave. When acute injuries become chronic problems, you need a team that understands why pain persists—and how to turn it down.
-
You've lost days, weeks, years to headaches. You've tried the medications and all the gadgets. You need a different approach—one that treats the whole system, not just the symptoms.
-
Your neck, shoulders, and back ache constantly. Ergonomic chairs, standing desks and time off work haven't fixed it. This isn't about posture tips—it's about unwinding what years of tension have done to your body and nervous system.
-
You used to be active. Now old injuries have compounded and your body feels sore and older than you are. We can help.
