Nicole Rogers, Kinesiologist at Tall Tree Health in Port Coquitlam

Kinesiologist | Port Coquitlam

Areas of Expertise: Chronic Pain, Return to Sport, Neurological Conditions, Chronic Low Back Pain, Older Adults

I’ve been fascinated by how the body moves and adapts since I was young. After completing my Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at Capilano University, I developed broad clinical interests ranging from complex neurological conditions and return-to-sport programs to clinical communication, with a particular focus on supporting people living with chronic pain. My approach is patient-centered and trauma-informed, prioritizing your goals, preferences, and comfort to make movement feel safe and accessible for every body. I also serve as a clinical mentor for emerging kinesiology students.

Outside of work, I stay active through powerlifting, dancing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and riding my motorcycle—always seeking new challenges and adventures.
