I chose a field in Kinesiology because of my lifelong involvement and passion for sport. As a high-level gymnast competing for Team BC, I developed strength, resilience, and confidence that shaped who I am and inspired me to help others feel the same.

I’m most excited by helping people reach their goals, discover their potential, and build intentional habits that support long-term health and wellbeing. My approach is client-centered, ensuring sessions progress at the right pace while maintaining clear communication, shared goals, and a supportive environment. I strive to make movement fun, empowering, and accessible.

I’m “nerdy” about biomechanics, neuromuscular connections, and breath-driven movement to enhance body awareness and control. I’m currently expanding my hands-on skills to better understand how to find neuromuscular imbalances to improve muscle function and help reduce pain. Outside of work, I enjoy time in nature, playing sports, and creative outlets like cooking and painting.
