Areas of Expertise: Return-to-Work Support, Ergonomic & Workplace Injury Prevention, Psychological Injury Rehabilitation (Stress, Burnout, Workplace Trauma)
I’ve always been fascinated by how movement, health, and work intersect. Early in my career I found myself working with individuals navigating complex injuries, both physical and psychological, and I quickly realized how powerful the right support can be when someone is trying to regain confidence in their body and return to the activities that matter most to them. That experience led me to focus my practice on helping people rebuild capacity, resilience, and independence after injury.
My approach to care is collaborative and practical. I believe that meaningful progress happens when people understand the “why” behind what they’re doing, so I spend a lot of time helping clients connect the dots between their symptoms, movement patterns, stress responses, and daily routines. Whether someone is recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic pain, or navigating a workplace injury, my goal is to create a clear and achievable path forward.
A big part of my work involves helping people safely return to work and daily life after injury. I’m particularly interested in the intersection between physical rehabilitation, workplace demands, and psychological resilience. I enjoy digging into job tasks, biomechanics, and pacing strategies to find solutions that support sustainable recovery.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active on my bike, board, or skates, playing board games or video games with loved ones, and exploring new areas - whether that's on the island, or abroad.
