I have a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and I’m passionate about health and wellness. I’m excited to be part of the Tall Tree community and the DEXA scanning team. I enjoy helping clients better understand their body composition and supporting them as they work toward their health and fitness goals.
With a background in rowing and endurance sports, I’ve always been interested in fitness, injury prevention and recovery, and overall wellness. Outside of work, I enjoy running, weightlifting, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I also love learning more about how the body works and what helps people feel and perform their best.
