Having spent years swinging on the pendulum from conventional to holistic medicine, I have finally landed somewhere in the middle of the integrative sphere, here in the world of naturopathic medicine. Chronic illness has shown up in many forms throughout my life, often frustrating me to no end. Naturopathic medicine has allowed me to stand with my struggles, making space for and understanding them, ultimately allowing me to make amends (slowly, but surely). My goal is to provide that space for you, as you need it. I aim to be a part of your community, as someone you can rely on.
I support patients navigating mental health, addiction, hormonal & digestive health issues, and complex chronic illness concerns, especially those who feel like they haven’t been fully heard or supported in conventional healthcare settings.
My approach combines evidence-informed naturopathic medicine with conventional care when appropriate. This includes nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle support, and, when needed, prescription medications and IV therapies.
I’m especially committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, and marginalized communities. While I understand the need for standardization of care, I remain in my belief that healthcare should be accessible, collaborative, and tailored to your individual experience.
I offer services including mental health support, complex chronic illness care, digestive support, and IV therapy, with a focus on respectful, patient-centred treatment.
