Dr. Lauren Pichichero is a Naturopathic Doctor at Tall Tree Integrative Health who supports individuals and families in achieving lasting, sustainable health through a collaborative and patient‑centred approach. Her clinical interests include immune health and autoimmunity, hormonal and digestive concerns, fatigue, metabolic health, and women’s health conditions such as endometriosis.

Dr. Lauren’s care focuses on identifying root causes while treating the whole person—recognizing the dynamic connections between physiology, environment, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing. She emphasizes education and partnership, empowering patients to understand their bodies, make informed decisions, and build long‑term resilience.

Dr. Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Victoria. Prior to naturopathic medicine, she worked as a visual therapist, supporting children and adults in strengthening the brain–vision connection. This early clinical experience deepened her appreciation for the mind–body relationship and sparked her passion for integrative, whole‑person care. She went on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

At Tall Tree Integrative Health, Dr. Lauren provides comprehensive naturopathic primary care. She has a strong interest in immune regulation, hormonal balance, and digestive health, and is committed to ongoing continuing education to ensure her care remains current, evidence‑informed, and clinically effective.

Together with the patient, she develops a personalized treatment plan that is monitored and adjusted over time to support long‑term health goals.

Dr. Lauren is licensed in British Columbia and holds prescriptive authority. She is an active member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She is also certified to provide IV therapy and acupuncture.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Dr. Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active through snowboarding, camping, paddle boarding, and weightlifting. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes and sharing meals with family and friends.
