Dr. Lauren Pichichero is a Naturopathic Doctor at Tall Tree Integrative Health, dedicated to helping her patients achieve lasting wellness through a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Her focus is on identifying the underlying cause of illness and treating the whole person, recognizing the deep connections between body, environment, and lifestyle. Through education and personalized care, Dr. Lauren empowers her patients to understand their health, prevent imbalances, and live with vitality.
Dr. Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Victoria. She began her career as a visual therapist, helping children and adults improve their brain-vision connection and overall quality of life. This experience sparked her passion for holistic health and the mind-body connection, leading her to pursue Naturopathic Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
At Tall Tree Integrative Health, Dr. Lauren provides comprehensive primary care to individuals and families. She is passionate about continuing education, particularly in hormonal health, digestive wellness and immune optimization ensuring her skills and knowledge are always up-to-date.

In your first visit, Dr. Lauren will provide a comprehensive health assessment, including a health history, physical exam, and lab testing. From there, she will develop a personalized, evidence-informed treatment plan. In follow-up visits, Dr. Lauren will monitor your progress and adjust the plan as needed to support your long-term health goals.
Dr. Lauren is an active member of the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA), and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She holds prescriptive authority in British Columbia and is licensed to provide IV therapy and acupuncture.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Dr. Lauren enjoys exploring the island’s natural beauty. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities such as snowboarding, camping, paddle boarding along the island’s beautiful coastline, and weightlifting to stay strong and energized. She also loves experimenting with new food recipes and sharing her culinary creations with family and friends.
