At Tall Tree, our approach to weight loss is designed to help you feel confident and healthy in your body, not just focused on a number on the scale. We work with you to better understand your body composition, improve metabolic and cardiovascular health, and build sustainable healthy habits that are designed for you.

Weight loss can be affected by many things, including hormones, nutrient concerns, movement, stress, mental health, habits, injuries, lab markers, and your day-to-day life. That’s why this program brings together a team of practitioners who can help you identify barriers, build a realistic plan, and support you as you work toward your goals.

  • We take the time to understand your health history, goals, current lifestyle, and what success actually means to you. Your plan is built around your body, your needs, and your real life.

  • We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all weight loss plans. We use your medical history, lab results, physical exam findings, current habits, and health goals to build a strategy that makes sense for you.

  • We look beyond the scale to understand the bigger picture, including metabolic health, cardiovascular health, hormones, nutrients, body composition, movement, and behaviour change. Your care is evidence-informed, personalized, and designed to support long-term health.

  • Weight loss can feel vulnerable. We create a safe, supportive, judgment-free environment where we celebrate wins, problem-solve challenges, and support your unique journey toward lasting change.

What to expect

  • If you are booking an initial appointment, please click “Book Now” and select the location nearest to you and your preferred contact method. You will be booked with one of the program's naturopathic doctors to start your journey to great health.

  • Initial Assessment - 60 Minutes

    We’ll work with you to understand your health history and goals. The initial assessment also includes relevant physical exams and establishing individualized metrics to monitor success and progress toward your goals.

    During this visit, you will also receive a Program workbook, a lab requisition for blood work, access to online video resources, and a clear schedule for your 16-week program.

    Follow Up Appointments- 15, 30, or 45 Minutes

    Your naturopathic physician will review your blood work and collaborate with you on your individualized treatment plan while addressing any underlying barriers on your health journey Throughout the program, we’ll celebrate wins and problem-solve challenges together.

  • Initial Assessment - 45 Minutes

    Your physiotherapist will complete a thorough assessment including a full screen of your range of motion, strength, and movement. We will work together to identify your starting point for exercise and develop an individualized, safe, and sustainable aerobic and strength training program.

    We can adapt to accommodate any pre-existing injuries and this program will be tailored to the location where you prefer to exercise (outside, home, or in the gym).

    Follow Up Appointments- 30 or 45 Minutes

    Your physiotherapist will support you and answer any questions you may have as you progress your exercise program.

  • A supportive conversation that is intended to identify and address any barriers to psychological wellness and successful habit change.

    This session is designed to help you get in touch with a vision, determine what success looks like, and develop unique strategies to get you closer to your goals.

Metabolic Health Nerds

You get a team of health nerds working together to help you understand your body, build sustainable habits, and feel your best.

Your Individualized Plan May Include:

  • Assessment and treatment for metabolic, hormone and nutrient concerns by a naturopathic physician.

  • Assessment and follow-up with a registered physiotherapist, designed to create an exercise program tailored for you.

  • A personalized nutrition plan.

  • A counselling session with a registered clinical counsellor or psychologist to promote self-efficacy and motivate you to make lasting change.

  • Laboratory testing to assess program readiness and identify any barriers to achieving your goals.

  • Exclusive access to online educational resources and videos.

  • Continued accountability, progress tracking, and check-ins with your practitioners.

    With options to add further testing, behaviour change coaching, and/or additional sessions with any practitioner.
