What to Expect
Your kinesiologist will take the time to understand your goals, movement, and overall health before creating a personalized exercise plan to help improve your strength, mobility, fitness, and function.
Book an appointment or contact us to learn more.
-
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, and goals. Your kinesiologist will assess your movement, strength, mobility, and fitness as appropriate, then develop an exercise plan tailored to your needs and starting point.
-
Follow-up appointments focus on putting your plan into action and building on your progress. Your kinesiologist will guide you through exercises, monitor how you are responding, and adjust your program as your abilities and goals evolve. Depending on your needs, sessions may take place in the gym, fitness studio, pool, virtually, or in the community.
