I’ve had the opportunity to build my career working internationally, and I’m passionate about helping people stay active and return to the activities they love. My clinical interests include both pelvic health and working with athletes in high-performance sport.
While living in Dublin, I worked in the physiotherapy department at the Rotunda Maternity Hospital, where I supported individuals pre- and post-partum, babies, and patients with a range of gynecological concerns. That experience sparked a lasting interest in pelvic health and in helping people regain confidence and comfort in their bodies during important life transitions.
Alongside this work, I’ve spent much of my career involved in professional sport. I worked with the Irish National Team during international UEFA and FIFA competitions throughout Europe with the Football Association of Ireland. My involvement in rugby began during my time with Irish Club Rugby and eventually brought me back to Canada in 2013 to work with Rugby Canada. I served as the Head Physiotherapist and Medical Manager for Rugby Canada for seven years and have travelled extensively with the Canadian Men’s National Rugby 7’s and 15’s teams to Sevens World Series events, World Cups, Commonwealth Games, Pan Am Games, and Olympic qualifying events.
Having treated injuries both pitch side and in clinic, I focus on assessing injuries thoroughly and helping people move through rehabilitation so they can return to sport, work, and everyday life feeling strong and confident.
