I believe meaningful recovery starts with looking beyond the injury itself and understanding the full picture. The body does not exist in isolation, and neither does healing. Much like a plant thrives when the soil, light, and environment are right, I work collaboratively with each individual to explore the systems, habits, and goals that shape how they move and feel.
I was originally drawn to physiotherapy as a competitive soccer player navigating a complex knee injury, after being given a long list of “you’ll never be able to’s.” Since then, my approach has evolved from a “fixing” mindset toward one centered on guidance, collaboration, and curiosity. Through my own recovery, I returned to several activities I had once been told might not be possible, which shaped my belief that individuals are the true experts on their own bodies.
I blend evidence-informed care with clinical experience, working alongside each person throughout their rehabilitation journey while encouraging curiosity and greater awareness of the body’s signals. Together, the process becomes an opportunity to build practical tools and strategies while fostering confidence, ease, and trust in your ability to continue doing the activities that matter most.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy crafting, challenging myself physically through strength training in my garage gym and running, often to a well-curated Taylor Swift playlist, and reminding myself to create space for both effort and ease. You’ll often find me having philosophical conversations or reading with my husband, or spending time with loved ones over good food and games. My Belgian Malinois, a loyal companion and enthusiastic training partner, makes sure life is never too quiet.
