I’m an Emergency Physician working at Royal Jubilee and Victoria General Hospitals. After completing my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, I completed my undergraduate and post-graduate medical training at UBC in Vancouver. I’m a member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and a Clinical Instructor in the UBC Department of Medicine.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending as much time outdoors with my wife and dogs as possible. I’m passionate about helping clients achieve their goals by using the latest science while keeping the focus grounded in each individual’s dreams and goals.
