With over 10 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist I enjoy helping people with a range of conditions meet their goals, and get back to what is important to them. I work with my clients, their families as well as employers, teachers and other professionals to support my clients in getting the best care possible. I currently live in Smithers BC and can offer services to folks living in Northern Communities.
I love helping people make sense of and treat their symptoms, especially complex pain presentations, sleep challenges, and mental health difficulties.
Outside of work you can find me gardening, kayaking, hiking, cross country skiing (poorly) or trying out a new recipe.
