Tall Tree makes billing easy so that you can focus on your recovery. We work with ICBC, Worksafe, and many Extended Health Providers.

Before you book, please make sure you have your:

  • Your ICBC claim number

  • Personal health number (Care card number)

  • Date of injury

Have you been involved in a workplace injury?

  1. Tell your employer about the injury as soon as you get a chance.

  2. Depending on the nature and severity of the injury go to either a doctor’s offer or to the hospital and inform your physician that this is a work-related injury.

  3. Phone Work Safe BC to report your injury at 1-888-967-5377

  • For your first appointment, we need a few pieces of information:

    • WSBC claim number

    • Personal health number (care card number)

    • Date of injury

    • The name and contact information of your claim adjuster

    • The name and contact information of your employer
