Madisen Gaylord
Kinesiologist - Cordova Bay
Madisen is a small-town girl who grew up in Williams Lake, BC. She is a Registered Kinesiologist at the Cordova Bay location and is passionate about helping others.
Growing up in a close-knit community with a love for sport led her to participate in almost every activity she could (including a whopping 15 years of dance!). That wide variety of experience on sports teams early in life helped her gain a deep appreciation for what the human body can do. This sparked a greater curiosity for the world of fitness and led her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology in Victoria, BC.
Madisen applies her varied experience in active rehabilitation and aims to help clients feel safe in their own bodies through functional movement. Getting clients back, better than ever, and continuing to do the things they love is the goal. While her focus is on helping clients feel good long term, she never fails to find ways to help them have fun on the journey there.
In her spare time, Madisen is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She’s always on the hunt for new trails to hike and run (or places to surf when she can find the time). Variety truly is the spice of her life and she never stops at just one thing, regularly trying out new activities to help keep her brain and her body active!
