Many people that I work with come to me after experiencing stress, loss, trauma, or significant life transitions that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and others.

The way that I support clients is by providing them with practical tools and coping strategies that help them reconnect and re-engage with themselves and the people that are important to them. During our work together we will create space to explore deeper patterns that may be contributing to feeling stuck or disconnected.

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and one that creates a warm environment for clients to feel empowered to move toward meaningful change. I pay attention to thoughts and emotions, as well as how experiences live in the body. My work blends reflective conversation, practical strategies, body-based awareness, attachment, nervous system regulation, and EMDR, in order to ensure that our work together is specific to you.

Outside the clinic you might find me on a hiking trail, dancing to a favourite tune, or getting competitive over crib at a local café. I strongly believe in people’s innate capacity for healing and look forward to supporting you on your path to wellness.
