David is a compassionate, calm, and highly experienced Registered Clinical Counselor who has helped many clients improve their mood, anxiety, trauma, and stress over the past 15 years. In addition, he applies evidence-based principles of nutrition, sleep, and whole-body health to the care of his clients when appropriate.

David has expertise in various forms of psychotherapy and has trained many other therapists and healthcare providers. He was a founding member of the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto, where he led therapy groups for people suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, and physical illnesses such as cancer. While in Toronto, he also had a position on the faculty of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, teaching the core Psychology curriculum.

When not seeing clients, you can find David spending time with his family, on a hike in the woods, or in a board game cafe playing and connecting with friends.
