I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to fostering holistic, person-centred growth through evidence-based practice. My work is grounded in the belief that trauma-informed, community-focused care can empower individuals to create meaningful and lasting change.

I am particularly passionate about multidisciplinary care and integrating psychological research into practical, goal-oriented therapy. My approach emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and collaboration, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside established well-being frameworks to support clients with complex psychological needs.

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy exploring sports psychology and the science of well-being, reflecting my interest in the connection between mental and physical health.

I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and equipped with the tools to achieve long-term stability and growth.

    • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Utilizing evidence-based frameworks to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
