Courtney Go, Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver on Commercial Drive

Registered Clinical Counsellor | Vancouver

Areas of Expertise: Anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, grief or loss, communication problems, relationship difficulties, navigating a life transition, family or origin issues

I am a warm and compassionate counsellor who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling truly heard and understood. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

At the heart of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens through connection, and I prioritize building a trusting, genuine relationship where you feel valued and accepted as you are. Together, we gently explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be shaping your current challenges.

My approach is person-centred and insight-focused. I honour your unique story and innate capacity for growth, while also helping you deepen your self-understanding and awareness. Through reflection and collaboration, we work to uncover what may be keeping you feeling stuck and create space for meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties or navigating a life transition, I will walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, we can make sense of it together.
