Registered Clinical Counsellor | Cordova Bay

Areas of Expertise: Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Caregiver Burnout, Stress and Life Transitions, Self-esteem and Body Image Concerns

You may be at a point in your life where things look mostly “fine” on the outside, yet internally you feel tired, unsettled, or changed by experiences that haven’t had much space to be acknowledged. In my work, I aim to offer a thoughtful and steady space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, grounded in an understanding of how our nervous systems, relationships, and life experiences shape the ways we cope and relate to ourselves and others. I am particularly interested in the patterns that develop over time, and I enjoy helping you build greater awareness while developing practical tools for navigating stress and complex emotions. I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices to support psychological flexibility and self-compassion. I value a pace that allows for depth without overwhelm, supporting change that feels both meaningful and sustainable.

Outside of the clinic, I am a big believer in staying active and fueling my own well-being through fitness and travel. I find a lot of joy in the balance of life—whether that is exploring new places, enjoying great food and wine with friends, or simply wandering the outdoors with my golden retriever, Marley.
