As you grow older, an active lifestyle is more important than ever. Regular exercise for seniors can help boost energy, maintain your independence, and manage symptoms of illness and pain. Exercise can even reverse some of the symptoms of aging. And not only is exercise good for your body, it's also good for your mind, mood, and memory. Whether you are generally healthy or are managing an illness, participating in an exercise class is a great way to have fun, improve your fitness, and empower your health. 

Senior Fitness

We've developed an exercise class dedicated to the older adults in our community. It's approachable, fun, safe, and effective. An exercise professional will develop, progress, and monitor your tailored program. It will take place in our fully equipped gym, and class sizes will be limited to 5 people to facilitate plenty of one-on-one attention. 

Our senior fitness classes will include a wide variety of exercises for seniors including:

  • endurance exercises for seniors
  • chair exercises for seniors
  • strength exercises for seniors
  • balance exercises for seniors
  • core exercises for seniors

We do our best to foster a fun, comfortable, and social environment in all our senior fitness classes. Call the clinic and try a class!
