Programs: Concussion
I first fell in love with kinesiology after medically retiring from Junior hockey due to multiple concussions. I had already become well-versed in personal training, however I was introduced to injury specific rehabilitation during my own struggles. I take great pride in showing how strong you truly are while taking the necessary steps to appropriately challenge your injury or condition. Although you may come in with a specific problem, my approach is to view you as a whole and give helpful, actionable suggestions to empower your relationship with physical activity. Starting out, we will work together to find a good pace, but be prepared for some helpful challenges along the way!
