I bring a wealth of firsthand experience garnered over years of elite athletic competition and professional engagement. For the better part of a decade, I was a Team Canada Athlete playing Rugby 7’s and also spent a year in the NFL. I retired in 2021 from sports and began my journey into the world of movement and exercise. From my early years as a young athlete, all the way through my professional career, I’ve been fortunate enough to observe and be surrounded by some of the best support staff this industry has to offer.

Having endured my fair share of injuries, both minor and major, I intimately comprehend the physical and mental challenges of rehabilitation. It can be hard, time consuming, and rarely is a linear path. It’s a real test of our mental and emotional fortitude, and requires a deep commitment to yourself to overcome in a positive way. This is where the core of my methodology lies in how I coach. I prioritize establishing

meaningful relationships and connections so this process becomes a journey that we go on together. We set the intentions for our commitment to ourselves, set the expectations for how to best approach daily recovery habits and training, and rebuild ourselves stronger than we were prior to being injured.

With my blend of practical expertise, empathetic understanding, and a relentless commitment to providing you with the best care, I am confident we can achieve our goals and emerge stronger than ever.
