With 18 years of clinical experience as a Registered Physiotherapist, I have dedicated my career to helping people recover from injury, manage orthopaedic conditions, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I am passionate about empowering clients to move well, stay active, and maintain the highest possible quality of life throughout every stage of life.
My treatment approach is shaped not only by extensive clinical experience, but also by my own active lifestyle. I enjoy adventure racing, mountain biking, triathlon, CrossFit, and golf, which gives me a strong appreciation for the physical demands of sport, recreation, and everyday movement.
Outside the clinic, life is kept busy and rewarding by my two middle school-aged children and family commitments. I became a physiotherapist because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to get the most out of life and continue doing the activities they love for as long as possible.

Golf Injuries & Performance: Manage pain, improve mobility and mechanics, and support a safe return to play.
