I chose physiotherapy because I was fascinated by the human body from a young age. We all have one, and I loved the idea of understanding it deeply; not just to treat injuries, but to connect with people and help them feel more capable in their own lives.

What lights me up clinically is working with people who are ready for change — whether they’re tired of recurring pain or starting again from square one and need a steady guide. I take an educational approach to care, helping you understand what’s happening, what to expect, and why we’re doing what we’re doing. I love questions, exploring ideas together, and making sure you feel clear and confident in the process.

I’m a bit nerdy about circadian rhythms, stress physiology, and how life capacity impacts injury and recovery. I care about the whole picture, and when needed, I love collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support your journey.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find me trail running, climbing, lifting heavy things (hello, CrossFit), or adventuring with my dog, Hans. I’m always up for a new challenge.
