My oldest and best memories are rooted in movement. From the age of six, I participated in competitive sports year-round, and when I wasn’t at practice, my family and I were often hiking or canoeing together. Growing up, I developed a deep appreciation for movement and its vital role in health, longevity, and overall well-being—values that continue to guide both my personal life and professional practice.

I always aspired to work in healthcare and to serve others, but it was a rugby injury during university that truly shaped my path. I experienced firsthand the impact that allied health practitioners such as athletic therapists, chiropractors, and physiotherapists had on my recovery. The support, guidance, compassion, and expertise I received week after week from my team became the driving force behind my desire to one day provide that same care for my future patients.

Having gone through a long injury recovery myself, and having supported loved ones along a similar path, I approach each patient’s situation with compassion and an understanding of individual needs. My focus with every patient is to empower them to return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me in the gym lifting weights, playing tennis with friends, surfing in Jordan River, or planning my next hike or camping trip. I also value time spent connecting with loved ones and building in rest days at the beach as a way to maintain balance.
