I became a chiropractor because I've always been fascinated by what the human body is capable of and equally curious about what gets in the way. I grew up around sport and activity, and I've had the privilege of working with athletes across a wide range of pursuits, from triathletes to rodeo cowboys.
No two people walk in with the same injury, the same history, or the same goals, and what keeps the work interesting is the puzzle of it. I genuinely nerd out on exercise programming and the science of how we adapt, which means I'm always thinking about not just getting you out of pain, but helping you build a body that holds up season after season.
My goal with each person I see is to understand where you are before I say anything about where you should go. I ask a lot of questions, I listen, and I try to build a plan that actually fits your life. Treatment usually blends hands-on manual therapy and joint mobilization with a strong focus on movement, because I believe what you do between appointments matters just as much as what happens in the room.
Outside the clinic, I'm an avid reader (always open to recommendations), and I stay active through trail running, hiking, skiing, basketball, and strength training.
