I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor who works with individuals feeling stuck in patterns related to relationships, stress, self-worth, or the body. My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and grounded in helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can move forward with more clarity and ease.

I integrate EMDR alongside parts work, somatic awareness, and nervous system approaches to help process past experiences and reduce their impact. Together, we focus on helping you feel more regulated, connected, and like yourself again.
