Counselling for New Parents

Find your footing in parenthood, not just get through it

Support for the transition to parenthood

Becoming a parent can feel both meaningful and overwhelming. Between sleep deprivation, identity shifts, and the constant demands of caring for a new baby, it is easy to feel stretched thin or unsure of yourself.

At Tall Tree, we’re here to support you and your family with:

  • We use proven approaches to support postpartum mental health, stress, and life transitions, helping you better understand what you are experiencing and build tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.

  • Much of this stage of life happens outside the therapy room. We focus on practical strategies you can use at home, in your relationships, and in the moments that feel the most challenging.

  • Every parent’s experience is different. We tailor support to your needs, your stage of parenthood, and what matters most to you, so you feel more confident and supported in this transition.

How we can help

Parenthood is not just a physical adjustment. It is emotional, relational, and deeply personal.

  • Navigate postpartum mood changes and emotional ups and downs

  • Rebuild your sense of identity and confidence

  • Strengthen communication and connection with your partner

  • Manage stress, burnout, and sleep challenges

  • Feel more present and connected with your child

When you are ready, support is here. Book online today.
