Back pain is common. Staying stuck in it doesn’t have to be

Vancouver chiropractic care for back pain

Back pain can show up in different ways. It might be a dull ache after sitting, a sharp pain with movement, or something that has been lingering for months. For some, it is linked to posture or activity. For others, it is harder to pinpoint.

At Tall Tree, care goes beyond temporary relief. We focus on understanding what is actually driving your pain, from joint and muscle issues to movement patterns and lifestyle factors. Then we build a plan to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to what matters most.

At Tall Tree, we support back pain with:

  • Back pain is rarely caused by just one thing. We take the time to understand how your body moves, what might be contributing to your pain, and how different factors like posture, stress, or activity levels play a role.

  • Chiropractic care is one part of the picture. Your treatment may also include movement-based rehab, strength work, and practical strategies to help you feel better not just in the clinic, but in your day-to-day life.

  • If your back pain would benefit from additional support, we can connect you with physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, or other services, all working together under one plan.

How we can help

Not all back pain is the same. It can be influenced by your work, lifestyle, activity level, or stage of life.

Our goal is to help you:

  • Feel less stiff, restricted, or in pain throughout your day

  • Improve mobility, strength, and overall movement

  • Understand what is actually causing your back pain

  • Build strategies to prevent pain from coming back

  • Move with more confidence in work, exercise, and daily life

  • Reduce reliance on short-term fixes that do not last

  • Feel more in control of your body and your recovery
