Candlelit Mindful Yin Yoga | In-Person Group Class
Class Length: 60 Minutes
Drop-in Cost: $27.50 (plus tax)
Settle into the stillness of the forest and the soft glow of candlelight in this deeply grounding 60-minute yin yoga practice. Designed as a gentle close to the work week, we’ll move through a series of long-held postures (3 to 5 minutes each), focusing on the yin areas of the body — hips, legs, pelvis and lower spine. Postures are practiced seated or lying down with mindfulness woven throughout. Consider this a weekly ritual to return home to yourself — to slow your pace, soften your edges, release tension and reconnect to your inner landscape. Come as you are. No experience necessary. All bodies and levels welcome.
