Mindfulness practices like yoga can offer a therapeutic space for calming and focus. Through guided instruction, your child will gain tools to enhance self-regulation, self-compassion and resiliency, while cultivating strength, flexibility and mobility.

Yoga (asana) sequences adapted to your child’s specific physical, mental & emotional needs.
Breathing techniques to enhance self-regulation
Specific mindfulness techniques and self-compassion practices to use in daily life.
Social & emotional learning
Yoga & mindfulness resources and suggested home practice are given after each session.
With child's approval, parents are welcome to part-take in the session, or the child can attend alone.

Cara Calibaba has a Bachelor of Education with nearly two decades of classroom teaching experience. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, with training in Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. She is a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley's, Awareness Training Institute / Greater Good Science Center, Two-Year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. She specializes in yoga and meditation for children and teens, particularly those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism. Creating a holistic experience, she's passionate about making these practices accessible for everyday life.

Private yoga for youth-60 minute: $120.00 (plus tax)
Private yoga for youth-45 minute: $95.00 (plus tax)
Private yoga for youth-30 minute: $80.00 (plus tax)
