When: 7:00 - 8:15pm from April 16th - May 21st (weekly on Thursdays for 6 weeks)

Where: Tall Tree Integrated Health, 5325 Cordova Bay Rd (map), Studio Room.

Cost: $285.00 (plus tax)

    Awaken to deep rest through the exploration of breathing techniques, easy-to-do yoga postures, mindfulness of breath and body, meditation and evidence-based Yoga Nidra practices.   

    You will receive guided audio recordings and additional resources to support your sleep at home.

  • Cara Calibaba is a graduate from the Awareness Training Institute Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program in partnership with the University of Berkely’s Greater Good Science Center. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, with training in Therapeutic Yoga, and she has a Bachelor of Education with nearly two decades of classroom teaching experience.  

     Cara regularly studies alongside psychologists, spiritual teachers, and philosophers including her primary teachers Kevin Matthews and Lama Rabten Tshering. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, with training in Therapeutic Yoga. Creating holistic experiences, she's motivated to make ancient practices accessible for everyday life.
