Total Strength Pilates (James Bay)
A focused, instructor-led Pilates mat class designed for small groups (max 4 participants) to improve full body strength, posture, mobility, and body awareness. Classes blend classic Pilates exercises with functional movement and strength to suit all fitness levels — from beginners to experienced movers.
What to expect
45-minute session emphasizing breath, spinal articulation, core stability, and controlled movement.
Small class size for individualized attention and safe progressions.
Emphasis on posture, injury prevention, and movement quality applicable to daily life and sport.
Use of small weights, bands, pilates ball and pilates ring.
