Kelly’s love of fitness and nutrition started at a young age, spending countless hours in the gym as a competitive gymnast. Now, with over a decade of experience teaching spin, boxing, strength training, and Pilates, Kelly is a dedicated coach and wellness advocate who helps people take charge of their health through movement, mindset, and sustainable habits.
Kelly’s approach is rooted in long-term transformation—not quick fixes. She specializes in helping clients build (and enjoy!) consistent fitness routines, break through mental and physical plateaus, and develop the kind of habits that support lasting results both inside and outside the gym.
With a strong foundation in behaviour change science, Kelly goes beyond just workouts. She helps clients overcome the barriers that hold them back—whether it’s inconsistent training, poor nutrition habits, or lack of motivation—offering the tools and accountability needed to stay on track.
Through her holistic and results-driven approach, Kelly has helped countless clients not only transform their bodies but also build confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
