Join us for a 50 minute guided total body group workout that is designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level.
Where? Outside of Tall Tree James Bay (555 Superior St. Victoria BC. V8V 0E4) in Capital Park Square
When? Every Thursday at 9:00 AM till the end of September
Please note: Classes are weather dependent. If a class is cancelled due to weather, participants will be notified by 7:00 AM on the day of the class and will receive a full refund.

In-Person Group Class
Class Length: 50 Minutes
Cost: $20 per class (plus gst)
This 50 min guided total body group workout is designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Each exercise can be modified to meet you where you're at! Every class is different, and includes a variety of different equipment to get you comfortable in the gym, whether you're a seasoned weight lifter or recovering from an injury, this class is the perfect Sunday circuit to start your day.

As a former athlete, Kelly continued with her passion for all things health and fitness as a group fitness instructor 7 years ago. She currently leads large groups in both Spin and Boxing classes here in Victoria. Kelly understands that a new fitness program can be overwhelming and takes into consideration your individual needs and abilities in a supportive and motivating environment.
