I take a practical and collaborative approach, helping clients build sustainable habits that fit their goals, preferences, and lifestyles. I have a particular interest in digestive health, women’s health, chronic disease management, cancer survivorship, and mindful eating. Nutrition support for real life
Dietitian care that looks beyond the plate
Nutrition impacts energy, digestion, recovery, performance, mood, and long-term health — but there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person’s body, lifestyle, goals, and relationship with food are different, which is why nutrition care should feel personalized and realistic.
At Tall Tree, dietitian services start with understanding you as a whole person, not just your symptoms or eating habits. We take the time to learn about your health history, lifestyle, routines, preferences, and goals so we can create a plan that works for your real life.
Whether you are looking for support with digestive concerns, chronic health conditions, family nutrition, relationship with food, or overall wellness, our team is here to help you build sustainable habits and feel your best.
At Tall Tree, our dietitian offers:
-
Nutrition plans tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and health needs.
-
Practical support grounded in science to help manage symptoms and improve overall wellness.
-
Collaborative care that considers your full health picture, from digestion and energy to mood and metabolism.
Care tailored to you

-
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health concerns, goals, lifestyle, eating habits, and medical history. Your Dietitian will take the time to understand the bigger picture of your health and any factors that may be influencing your nutrition.
Together, you will develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs, including practical nutrition strategies, education, and achievable next steps to help you work toward your goals with confidence.
-
Your follow-up appointments are an opportunity to review your progress, celebrate successes, and address any challenges that may have come up since your last visit. Your Dietitian will help you refine your nutrition plan, answer questions, and provide ongoing guidance to support your goals.
As your needs and priorities evolve, your recommendations will be adjusted to ensure your nutrition plan remains practical, personalized, and sustainable.
