IF YOU’VE BEEN WONDERING ABOUT ADHD

Understand your brain, your patterns, and your next steps

Do you start tasks easily but struggle to finish them? Hyperfocus on some things and avoid others entirely? Feel like you are always compensating just to appear “on top of things”?

Tall Tree’s ADHD assessment service provides a thorough adult ADHD assessment with a Licensed Psychologist, helping you understand whether your challenges are part of ADHD and what support may help.

Our Simple 3-Step Process

  1. Easy Intake Paperwork Complete your history online.

  2. The Assessment Meet with a Licensed Psychologist at our Vancouver (Commercial Drive) clinic to review your history and symptoms.

  3. Diagnosis & Documentation Receive formal documentation, a clear answer, and personalized next steps for school, work, or daily life.

  • Please note the ADHD assessment is a single service and does not establish a psychologist-patient treatment relationship. If you have ongoing psychology assessment and treatment needs, please feel free to discuss this with our team after the assessment and we can help refer you accordingly.

WHEN FOCUS IS ONLY PART OF THE PICTURE

Who’s it for

Adult ADHD can affect focus, motivation, emotional regulation, routines, relationships, and work or school performance. ADHD Assessment and intervention may be helpful if you’ve always felt like daily life takes more effort than it seems to take everyone else.

  • For adults who suspect ADHD but have never had a formal assessment, and want a clearer understanding of their symptoms, patterns, and next steps.

  • For people who struggle with time management, organization, planning, follow-through, procrastination, or staying on top of tasks and responsibilities.

  • For adults experiencing reactivity, frustration, anxiety, shame, burnout, or negative self-talk connected to ADHD-related challenges.

  • Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Counselling (virtual only) support is available for adults with or without an ADHD diagnosis, especially when ADHD-related challenges are affecting daily life. Contact us for details.
