What to Expect
On-site or Virtual Assessment: 60-90 minutes
Virtual Follow-up (optional): 15 minutes
Cost: $550 (includes assessment, written summary, 15-minute virtual follow-up)
Travel: Billed separately (quoted up front)
-
Let your employer know to expect us (if applicable) and make sure that you have some time set aside for the assessment.
Our team is discreet about medical topics, but please note in your intake form if there’s anything you’d prefer we avoid discussing in front of colleagues.
Have your primary tasks ready (typing, mouse work, drawing, dual screens, etc.)
Wear your regular work footwear and bring any braces or glasses you use.
-
During your ergonomic assessment, we observe how you interact with your workspace—everything from desk height and screen placement to posture and movement patterns. Using these insights, we identify areas of strain or inefficiency and guide you through real-time adjustments to improve comfort and performance. Whether on-site or virtual, the goal is to help your setup work better for you.
-
Following 3-5 days of your assessment, you’ll receive a written summary with clear, prioritized recommendations to enhance your workspace.
-
After your new equipment or adjustments are in place, we schedule a brief 15-minute follow-up to ensure everything is working as intended. This check-in is optional, and gives you a chance to ask questions, fine-tune your setup, and confirm that your workspace feels comfortable, supportive, and aligned with your goals.
-
If you’d like extra help beyond what’s included in your ergonomic assessment, we offer optional support such as coordinating equipment trials, communicating with vendors, and providing additional job coaching. These services are tailored to your needs and billed separately, ensuring you get as much (or as little) hands-on support as you prefer.
